The face of markets (most of the time!). Mili is Jodie's sister and has gone from occasional helper at events to the regular face of our Saturday Shoreham markets.
The one that believed in Jodie's crazy ideas from the start and has been one of Cielo's biggest supporters since day 1.

You will find Mili at The Shoreham Market every other Saturday, Eastbourne Market the first Saturday of every month and popping up at many of our other events throughout the year!

As a passionate vegan, she is often found creating plant based bakes (alongside our many other counter treats!) and experimenting with exciting flavour profiles to deliver mouth watering products to the Cielo counte

Lucy is also known for her beautifully crafted celebration cakes, made with care, creativity and attention to detail. The Lambeth queen!

Sophie is the newest member of our baking team, with a wealth of experience working in bakeries. Hilarious and with the loudest laugh it is evident when she is in the kitchen!
As Sophie is Gluten- free she is often found experimenting with gluten free ingredients to create delicious non gluten products for our counter

The face you will find behind our counter most of the time, creating beautiful coffee art and serving up treats galore.
The most creative of creators and best multi tasker- if Min is not busy serving, she is answering calls, responding to emails and making incredible art out of fondant to top our celebration cakes.

Edi started with us when she had just turned 15 back at our first shop as our Saturday counter girl where she stayed for 2 years.
She then went off to college, followed by Uni- and has now returned and resumed her Saturday position as counter queen and we are delighted to have her back!

You will find Fleur on our counter at the coffee house every Friday and Sunday dishing up Cielo treats and delicious coffee!
When she is not serving you can bet you will find her cleaning, organising or eating filled croissants and toasted sandwiches!

Aka Mumma Cielo, the 'HR department', the supermarket shopper, the cleaner, the vegetable chopper.
After retiring last year Mumma Cielo now works her dream job- with her daughter haha.
She works in the kitchen on mondays roasting veg for our sandwhich fillings, making up soups, toasting sandwiches, is in charge of chocolate runs, emergency

She loves to work markets and events (especially at Christmas time!) and is the face of many of our festive pop ups!
