The Princess of cake (Jodie's daughter aka baby Cielo). Name me a 10 year old who knows more about cake than this little diva. With the life goal of appearing on Kids MasterChef, you can often find Indie brushing up on her cupcake decorating skills and getting crafty with fondant.

The youngest and the wisest member of the team. At uni half the week and gracing our presence as front of house the other half. You will often see Lizzy at our Cielo on tour events strutting her stuff behind the stall.

The face behind the emails (most of the time!). Mili is Jodie's sister so is often roped in to lend a helping hand. Christmas and Easter time is when her career really peaks in the cake world and we let her step into the kitchen and help with dividing easter egg shells and filling cake jars. The rest of the year Mili is banished to emails and answering questions and queries.
